This is from a few years ago but best shows not to let well meaning friends "help".This table was taken to be stripped in a "hot" tank.The only good thing is it wasn't expensive to have stripped.

This is the 2 panels of the loveseat shown below. These are blind cane which means the holes do not go through. Each strand is woven by itself. 

This is a rocker we have restored and caned with the lace pattern.These types of special weaves show best when done in the back of an item for the best visual effect.
